Though he’s an American who likely isn’t paying attention to our governmental turmoil, the two types of dissent describe the strategy of the coalition on one hand and of the Conservatives on the other.

Thanks for this link and glad you like the distinction. I am one of the Americans keenly interested in what’s happening in your current time of turmoil where there will be productive and unproductive dissent. Nothing will move forward if we ignorantly label all dissent as bad, especially as people become more conscious of their world in a rich and dynamic way. The more conscious we become as a planet, the more dialogue will be necessary for a future different from the past.
