Many moons ago, I wrote a short post about the difficulties of planning in poorly understood situations. Now I’ve come across an excellent post on the Archdruid report about planning for climate change and why it’s much more important to try out solutions rather than to write a plan. The subject of the planning is different, but the basic difficulties discussed are the same.
This is required reading for anyone trying to move their city/region/country towards action on climate change.
